Refund and Cancellation Policy
Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Invenix India”, “we”, “our”, “us”) focuses on complete customer satisfaction. We strive to deliver professional and transparent services in the fields of business registration, compliance, and digital solutions.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the services provided, we may offer a refund — subject to a genuine and reasonable cause, verified after internal investigation. We encourage all customers to carefully read the service description, pricing, and scope before availing any service.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Once a service is initiated, it cannot be cancelled on request, as the process involves time, human effort, and coordination with government authorities and other stakeholders.
- However, if the customer requests us to hold the processing of the service before commencement, the request may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Before approving any refund, Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make every reasonable effort to complete the service.
In case the service is not completed post-receipt of a refund request, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned professional fee + any government or third-party fees already paid will be deducted.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only when Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd. fails to provide the service from its end after internal verification.
- The applicant must send a written request via email to info@invenixindia.com within 3 working days from the date of payment.
Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
- Once the service process has started and human resources have been deployed on the assignment.
- Once payments have been made to government departments, statutory authorities, or other third-party vendors (e.g., MCA, FSSAI, GST, Startup India portal, etc.).
- When delays or rejections are caused due to incorrect, incomplete, or delayed submission of documents by the client.
- When external factors (e.g., change in government policy, portal downtime, or departmental delays) impact the timeline or outcome.
All processing, payment gateway, administrative, and manpower costs incurred toward the service will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
A refund request will only be considered if it is raised within 3 days and the case is resolved before commencement of the service. No refund will be processed if the case is resolved after 3 days from the payment date.
3. Ungovernable Factors
The outcome of a process or registration depends on government authorities and other external bodies, and hence cannot be guaranteed by Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Delays, rejections, or technical issues arising due to, including but not limited to:
- Government portal downtime or technical glitches
- Policy changes or amendments in law
- Departmental backlogs or slow internal processing
- Procedural discretion or interpretation by authorities
are beyond our control and therefore not eligible for refund.
4. Force Majeure
Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any delay, default, or non-performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters such as fire, flood, earthquake, storms, etc.
- War, terrorism, riots, strikes, or civil unrest
- Government restrictions, regulatory changes, or lockdowns
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- Cyber incidents, server failures, or major technical outages
In such cases, service timelines may be adjusted or extended, but refunds will not be applicable.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is subject to modification without prior notice. Customers are advised to review this policy periodically on our official website www.invenixindia.com to stay updated with any changes.
