All our services follow a first-come, first-served model. Turnaround times (TAT) depend on:

• Response times of government authorities or third-party systems.

Any indicated timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

9. Priority Service

If you require expedited processing, Invenix India offers a Priority Service Option at an additional fee of ₹499/- plus applicable taxes.

Average response time for priority services is within 10 minutes to 24 working hours, subject to:

• Document completeness and accuracy; and
• Availability and functioning of relevant government portals.

10. Termination of Use

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to suspend or terminate user accounts, restrict access, or delete data without prior notice in case of:

• Violation of this User Agreement;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities; or
• Misuse or attempted misuse of our platform.

Upon termination, your right to use our website ceases immediately, and we may delete or restrict access to any associated information subject to legal retention requirements.

11. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation of orders is generally not possible once payment has been processed and work has commenced.

Refunds, if any, are provided strictly in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

No refund shall be issued for:

• Completed services;
• Partial work already initiated by our team;
• Fees paid to government agencies or third-party partners.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and your use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India. You agree to submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection regarding venue or forum.

Unless explicitly stated, Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd. disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The completion of services depends on external government systems and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invenix India Financial Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your breach of this User Agreement; or
